About me
I'm Mike Donaldson, a dedicated runner and coach with a passion for helping everyday runners reach their potential. After becoming a dad, I took control of my own fitness, losing time off the clock and gaining a whole new outlook on health. In just three years, I shaved 35 minutes off my half-marathon time and 50 minutes off my marathon time. Now, I coach others to achieve their goals, feel energised, and create lifelong habits - one personalised plan at a time.
